Soil PH

A measure of soil acidity or alkalinity. It is measured on a scale from 0 (very acidic) to 14 (very alkaline). Most plants grow best when soil pH is between 5.5 and 7.5. A pH of 7 is considered neutral. Each plant has a preferred pH range. The pH level affects which nutrients are available to the plant in the soil.
